Physical Activities
This tour involves little physical activity outside of our daily walking tours. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. We recommend the Travel Insurance providers outlined below:
Payments & Payment Plans
All payments to Adventure in Black are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Adventure in Black has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Passengers traveling to Egypt are not required to take a COVID-19 test to fly to Egypt. Egypt’s COVID-19 entry restrictions were lifted on June 17, 2022
A Negative Covid Test or Valid Vaccine Certificate is Required for Entry to Dubai (Testing and Vaccine Costs are not included in this package). We will, however, provide testing options for the entire group
PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE
Check if you need to update your passport, your expiration date needs to be more than 6 months from the date of the trip.

Flights
Flights from Cairo to Dubai are included in the package price. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to purchase their international airfare.
We recommend you book your flight to Cairo International Airport (CAI) as early as possible, arrival time should be no later than 6:30 PM on May 6, 2023.
You will book your departure flight from Dubai International Airport (DXB), anytime on or after May 14, 2023.
If you’d like to arrive early or stay later OR need help booking your flights please contact The Adventure in Black Team and we’d be more than happy to assist you.
Notes:
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. In order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than November 14, 2023
