Physical Activities
This tour involves little physical activity outside of our daily walking tours. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. We recommend the Travel Insurance providers outlined below:
Payments & Payment Plans
All payments to Adventure in Black are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Adventure in Black has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $75 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
Notes:
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. In order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than September 20, 2024.

Flights
We recommend you book your flight to Dubai International Airport (DXB) as early as possible, arrival time should be no later than 6:30 PM on March 4, 2024, to take full advantage of the night’s festivities.
You may book your departure flight from Dubai International Airport (DXB), anytime on or after March 10, 2024.

Money / Currency
The official currency of Dubai is the United Arab Emirates dirham, which is officially abbreviated to AED and is commonly shortened to Dhs or DH. Each dirham contains 100 fils. Dirham notes are available in denominations of 5 (brown), 10 (green), 20 (blue/green) 50 (purple), 100 (red), 200 (brown), 500 (navy blue), and 1000 (green/blue) dirhams.
Credit and Debit cards are generally accepted in most places, Visa and Mastercard being the most widely accessible. ATMs are also available throughout Dubai.
Before traveling to Dubai, be sure to contact your bank and inform them that you will be traveling to avoid frozen or limited access to your funds.
